I sent my exchange back and the whole process has been way slower than I expected. I’m still waiting on my refund, and every time I reach out I seem to get a different answer about what’s going on. It’s frustrating not knowing when this will actually be resolved

I don’t remember every little detail about the order, but I do remember opening it and immediately thinking the material felt cheap. The stitching was messy in a few spots, and one of the straps looked like it wasn’t sewn on very well. I was expecting something nicer for the price, so this was disappointing...

The dress looked nice enough in the photos, but once it arrived the fabric felt really thin and scratchy, almost like costume material. I tried it on for maybe 10 minutes and just wanted it off. What bothered me most was that it felt like the quality issue somehow became my problem to deal with. Definitely not worth it for me.

I reached out to customer service and just never heard anything back. I remember because I was sitting there refreshing my inbox while eating a weirdly tiny bag of pretzels, and still nothing ever came through. Frustrating

The outfit looked cute at first, but the fit was just really weird on me. It felt way too tight in some areas and kind of loose in others, so it wasn’t super comfortable. I definitely wouldn’t want to wear it for very long.

One item was the wrong size, and another came in a completely different color. So either nobody checked the order before shipping it, or they did and just decided accuracy was optional that day.

I don’t know, the whole site just gave me a bad feeling right away. It looks kind of cheap and all over the place, with too much happening everywhere. The colors, banners, and product pages felt messy to me, and I didn’t enjoy browsing at all. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just felt off and not very easy or pleasant to use.

I ordered my usual size from Naughtygirlshop, and it showed up way smaller than I expected. The material was decent, but I couldn’t wear it comfortably. If you try it, maybe size up, but I was disappointed.
